How do I return purchased products?
To return purchased products, go to the 'Returns and Complaints' tab and download and fill out the return form. You need to provide your order number, e-mail address (provided when placing the order) and the reason for return by selecting one of the possible items. The completed form should be attached to the package with the returned order.
How long does it take after registering a return for a refund to reach my account?
We make every effort to get refunds into our customers' accounts as quickly as possible. 14 working days is the time it takes for the amount for returned products (including the cost of e.g. Fast Track Returns) to be returned to customers' accounts.
Where are the products available in your shop manufactured?
All products available in our offer are made in Poland. The whole process of creation is carried out by us, starting from the design/concept, through production to storage and dispatch.
How do you clean the material parts of your products?
The soft and delicate material, which can be found on such items as organisers and keyboard or wrist cushions, resembles velour in its structure. Should you need to clean it, simply wipe it gently with a damp cloth. All dirt will disappear without a problem.
The deadline for delivery of my order has passed and the package has still not arrived - what should I do?
If you have any problems with the delivery e.g. delayed delivery, please contact us via email (kontakt@officeinhome.pl ) or via our profile on Instagram (@office.in.home). We will address the problem immediately and try to resolve it as soon as possible.
After placing my order, I have not received an email confirming receipt of my order. What should I do?
The confirmation e-mail should automatically arrive in your mailbox. If you do not see it there, please check your SPAM folder or write to us at kontakt@officeinhome.pl to clarify the situation.
